One of the four life components of our competive package. Growing our consultants is important to Decypher. It helps ensure that we provide the latest thought leadership for our clients. Decypher first works with each consultant to develop an overall professional growth plan. This plan is monitored throughout the year allowing feedback by mentors and peers.
The professional growth plan includes:
- Tuition reimbursement participation in courses of study at accredited colleges and universities and organizations specializing in job and career-related education and training.
- Reimbursement for continuing education
- Reimbursement for certification preperation materials and testing
- Access to over 2,500 Element K online courses, and select O'Reilly online books
- Mentoring and career planning to help you make the most out of your career
- One merit-based scholarship is awarded yearly to either a consultant or consultant's immediate family.
In addition, for consultants that want to venture farther, we offer an Entrepreneur Assistance program which allow a consultant the chance to create their own venture with the help of Decypher. Decypher works with the consultant to develop a business plan. Decypher provides mentoring and financial aid.
