The Decypher facility runs on a fully-virtualized platform with state-of-the art tools.  Servers are contained in a dedicated air-conditioned server room with full offsite backup and UPS capabilities.  Our development systems perform the following important functions:

• Project Management - All projects start out from requirements that are translated into a fully-defined project plan.  The project plan drives the issue and task management systems.
• Version Management - Running an encrypted repository that allows developers to work as team worldwide.  Each project runs inside it's own repository allowing you to take your repository with you upon project completion.  Access to the repository can be done via a browser as well as development tools and file browser.
• Defect Tracking - Defects are tracked in our system using a web-based tool that is fully encrypted and available worldwide.  Defects tracking sourcing starts inside our development tools.  Defect tracking integrates with our issue and task management tools.
• Issue and Task Management - Issues and tasks are tracked using a web-based tool that is fully encrypted and available worldwide.
• Change Management - As changes take place, they are tracked simultaneously in our issue, task, and defect tracking tool.
