History

Decypher had it's humble start in 2002 in a studio located above the founders garage.  The name of the company was derived from the word 'decipher' meaning to 'find a solution for'.   Our expertise was information technology.  Though small, we were extremely successful at repeatingly implementing solutions that were bigger than are size.  Our approach and our constant commitment to our values enabled us to make this happen.

Based on our performance, clients requested assistance in solving broader business problems. Given our initial success, we expanded our operations to provide multi-disciplined solutions. 

Today, Decypher has multiple locations that provide solutions for our client’s information technology, learning, and organization and strategy needs.   Our approach and values are as consistent as the day we started, resulting in quality solutions essential for our clients success.
