San Antonio, TX, February 20, 2009 – Decypher a full-service management and technology firm as a member of the “Metrica Team Venture,” a five company Joint Venture team, has been awarded a GSA Alliant Small Business Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

Decypher is one of the five companies that make up the Metrica Team Venture.  Metrica Team Venture is one of the 62 vendors across the United States that will share in the $15 billion, 10-year contract. The joint venture is comprised of five tech companies. They are Decypher, Metrica Inc., Netgineer Data Systems Inc., Texas Management Associates, and InfoReliance.
