San Antonio, TX, August 18, 2008 – Decypher, a full-service management and technology firm, announced the appointment of Richard Baskin as the Vice President for Operations. In this capacity, Mr. Baskin will lead the growth of Decypher products and services addressing information technology, learning and organizational challenges confronting today’s businesses and workforce.  He brings a strong client-focused technical and business development background along with many successful years in organizational and program management.

Before joining Decypher, Mr Baskin was the Director, Corporate Process Improvement for NCI Information Systems and also the Operation Director for Karta Technologies’ Training Solutions Division. A DoD certified Acquisition Professional, Mr Baskin served with distinction in the US Air Force for 22 years.
