Recognition & Honor

One of the four life components of our competive package.  Our consultants do great things for our clients and Decypher likes to honor these endevours.  Decypher provides the following awards and recognition:

  • Decypher Service Appreciation Award - This is given to outstanding service to company and is recognized at set intervals throughout your career.
  • ACE (Acuminous Consultant Endeavor) Award -This award recognize's a consultants performance through outstanding mission accomplishment and fostering a positive work ethic.  The recipient of this award has gone above and beyond expected position responsibilities and has taken initiative to solve problems and deal with job-related issues that arise.  This person not only shows extreme responsibility on the job, but also provides outstanding customer service.  Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to this consultant.
  • Performance/Incentive Award -This performance award is given to recognize a consultant who has shown a quantifiable savings (either time or money) in relation to the value of the project they are working on.
  • Performance/Superior Service Award - This performance award is to recognize a consultant's performance through outstanding mission accomplishment and fostering a positive work ethic.  The recipient of this award has gone above and beyond expected position responsibilities and has taken initiative to solve problems and deal with issues that arise.  This person not only shows extreme responsibility on the job, but also provides outstanding customer service.  Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to this consultant.
  • Community Service Points Award  - At Decypher we have a system where you log time spent helping the community.  This leadership award is presented to the employee who has earned the most community service points throughout the year. This award is presented at an End of the Year Decypher sponsored event.
  • Entrepreneurship Award - This leadership award is given to a consultant that has created a new product or a new process that is “one of a kind” and is both marketable and profitable.
