Air Force TAASC II

The Air Force has issued a small business set-aside Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) and tenant organizations, Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC), and Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC).

OVERVIEW
Decypher is a prime contractor providing the OC-ALC, and its tenant organizations with A&AS support, to include management and professional support, studies, analyses, and evaluation, and engineering and technical services.  The contract number is FA8100-12-D-0006, with a 5-year contract period of performance between 28 SEP 2012 and 27 SEP 2017.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO USE THIS VEHICLE
The Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma, in support of the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) and tenant organizations, OO-ALC, and WR-ALC organizations.   Use of the TAASC contract is mandatory for all OC-ALC A&AS requirements.

WHAT IT PROVIDES
The contract is designed to provide A&AS support such as program management, administrative management, configuration management, data management, facilitation support, training support, financial management support, logistics support, contracting support, Government property support, engineering support, manufacturing support, and facilities support.

ADVANTAGES
Draft Request for Ordering Proposal (RFOP) intended to allow for review and comment by contractors prior to formal RFOP release.  RFOP process is a quick-turn procurement process.  Contract includes pre-defined and NTE priced labor categories.  Each task order specifically addresses task requirements, project scheduling, task order options, and other related performance criteria as necessary.
