When joining Decypher, each employee has an initial meeting to develop an overall professional growth plan. This plan is monitored throughout the year allowing feedback by mentors and peers.

This professional growth plan includes tuition reimbursement participation in courses of study at accredited colleges and universities and organizations specializing in job and career-related education and training and reimbursement for certification preparation materials and testing. In addition each year one merit-based scholarship is awarded yearly to either an employee or employee’s immediate family.

The recipient of this award has gone above and beyond expected position responsibilities and has taken initiative to solve problems and deal with job-related issues that arise. Performance/Incentive Award

This performance award is given to recognize an employee who has shown a quantifiable savings (either time or money) in relation to the value of the project they are working on.

Community Service Points Award
Community is important at Decypher. This leadership award is presented to the employee who has earned the most Decypher community service points throughout the year. This award is presented at an End of the Year Decypher sponsored event.


Entrepreneurship Award

This leadership award is given to an employee that has created a new product or a new process that is “one of a kind” and is both marketable and profitable.

Paralyzed Veterans of America, a congressionally chartered veteran’s service organization founded in 1946, helps veterans of the armed forces who have experienced a spinal cord injury or dysfunction.  Decypher provides resources yearly to this organization.

Wounded Warrior Project

The Wounded Warrior Project serves veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, co-incident to their military service on or after September 11, 2001 and their families.  The Wounded Warrior Project takes a holistic approach when serving warriors and their families to nurture the mind and body, and encourage economic empowerment and engagement.  Decypher provides resources yearly to this organization.
